Vital Assurance Services was founded on the belief that every client deserves more than a quick quote.
Hi, I'm Victoria Southard, founder of Vital Assurance Services. As a wife and proud mom of two amazing daughters, I know firsthand how important it is to protect the people and things you love most.
I believe insurance is about more than policies—it's about relationships and trust. My goal is to provide honest advice, personalized solutions, and dependable service to help individuals, families, and businesses feel confident that they have the right protection in place.
When I'm away from the office, my favorite places to be are with my husband and our two daughters. You'll usually find us at a softball, basketball, or a soccer game cheering from the sidelines, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying the outdoors. I love caring for my chickens, spending time with my mini goldendoodle, Hoosier, and working in my flower beds and garden. Life can get busy with work, activities, and everyday responsibilities, but I believe in slowing down to appreciate the simple moments and making memories.
